Small garden. View of the mountains. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Garage space n 8/6 au sous sol, height 190 cm, width 240 cm. Please note: TV only FR. Smoke alarm.

When we arrived on December 24 at 6 p.m., a completely blocked shower and sink. Fortunately, family nearby had an unblocker! Very hard sofa, small computer screen that serves as a TV, for 6 to 8 people, fridge broken in two places, pure 70s bathrooms, unusable pressure cooker and dirty oven door, unusable collective wifi! Bikes hanging on the wall with the pedals sticking out in the garage. Parking a station wagon is a feat! Location to avoid!

2 families and 1 single parking lot and 1 set of keys, not easy for the organization behind. Cleanliness leaves something to be desired. Otherwise good location to reach the center of Chamonix easily and good bus network.

We have been renting this apartment for about ten years, and see things deteriorating little by little (power outlet no longer attached to the wall, a sink no longer attached to the wall, a sink was almost clogged) or becoming less and less less acceptable over time: spring mattresses and feather pillows with a very strong smell of dust, repulsive condition of the carpets. I had to completely clean the dishwasher so that it washed properly, and the same for the vacuum cleaner.

The apartment is ideally located on the ground floor which gives direct access to the large wooded park and the lake of the residence. Located 15 minutes walk from the train. Very calm residence. The downside is the dilapidated state of the apartment and all the equipment. Inter home was able to respond very quickly to some of our complaints. The apartment would require renovation to explore its full potential. Good value for money, that's why we still recommend this accommodation

A fully furnished two-story apartment that provides plenty of space for a smaller group or family of visitors to Chamonix. In a quiet part of Chamonix, a few minutes by car or one stop by train (with a free summer visitor card!) from the center. The equipment is not completely new, but overall the apartment exudes a pleasantly nostalgic atmosphere of the old mountain days. Seamless communication at the Interhome office. Satisfaction!

Very pleasant stay, we accommodated 7 adults and 1 child in this apartment and nothing to say about the place. The view is magnificent we are surrounded by the lake and the mountain. For the kitchen lack of saucepan and frying pan with dimensions for 8 people. It's not easy to cook when you have a lot, we had passes to take the bus and train, ideal for getting around without the car. Bus stop less than 1km. The place is quiet while being next to the city
