Oil heating. On the lower ground floor: bathroom, 2 showers, 2 sep. WC's, Sauna. Upper floor: 1 room with 3 beds. Gallery, ceiling height 80 - 165 cm with 2 beds. 1 room with 2 beds. Gallery, ceiling height 100 - 160 cm with 1 french bed. Shower/WC. Small balcony, large terrace. Balcony furniture. Marvellous view of the mountains, the ski run and the countryside. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Private entrance, fire extinguisher.

In the house: central heating system, washing machine (extra), tumble dryer (extra). 4x4 car recommended in winter. Public parking 300 m. Grocery 150 m, supermarket 9 km, restaurant 200 m, bus stop 150 m, railway station "Val d'Illiez" 9 km. Tennis 13 km, sports centre 13 km, ski lift, chair lift, ski rental, children's ski school 600 m, ice field 13 km. Nearby attractions: Monthey 17 km, Montreux 40 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Portes du Soleil. Please note: car recommended. Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house.

Very well equipped kitchen including a small Nespresso machine. Ski in/out with a very short walking distance (approx. 150m). We were 7 adults and 7 children (10-17 years), so maximum occupancy, which worked very well. Sauna and jacuzzi were great. Sauna is hot in 20-30 minutes. Electricity costs extra, but for us it was only 30.- and we used the sauna 3-4 times. Highly recommended accommodation, friendly host. Thank you P!

The new landlord is very friendly. There were only eight of us in the apartment, there is a lot of space: actually there are only two double, one three-bed and one four-bed room available; of the galleries without headroom, only one has a window - the others are not suitable for sleeping; the apartment is therefore only suitable for a maximum of 10 to 11 adults. Many details are also pleasant - the beds are made upon arrival! Very good facility: Large kitchen with a new cooking island, 2 fridge/freezers, wine cooler, very good kitchen equipment. New dimmable lighting in the living/dining area. Entrance with security locking system (code instead of key - is very good for groups if not everyone comes back from skiing at the same time). Fan heater with dehumidifier in the entrance area (cloakroom with large storage rack for shoes) - the ski boots really dry overnight! The wellness area in the basement with a small sauna, 2 showers, whirlpool (for 2 people) is also spacious with lots of space. Beautiful, very large terrace with furniture, you can enjoy a drink outside after a day of skiing.

Very spacious. Large kitchen with new cooking island. 2. Fridge/Freezer. Very good kitchen equipment, nothing is missing. New lighting in the living/dining area. New entrance with security locking system, spacious storage room. Plenty of space 2x leather sofa, 4-seater seating group. Large dining table. Bunk beds perfect for children.

A very spacious and comfortable accommodation, up to the very functional kitchen and with everything you need. Bathroom side: Jacuzzi and sauna after skiing: it is the perfect relaxation. Highly recommend!

Very spacious. Effectively there are only three double rooms m2 with children's beds. We have reported some defects to the owner.
