The good first: the house is very well located, in a quiet neighborhood, beautiful garden and 10 minutes walk from the beach. The house is old and slightly dingy. The only thing that has changed in the last 40 years or so is the fridge. The rest is furnished with aging cheap furniture. You don't want to wash with the washing machine, the grill isn't clean, the shower hose is broken, the pool has no fresh water supply.
