Les Coteaux de la Nartelle Apartment 25

The apartment (No. 221) has a lovely terrace (sunny until the afternoon, with a fantastic view of Nartelle Bay, especially during the voyage when you can see all the sailing ships), a well-kept park, and spacious grounds. The apartment itself is rather simply furnished and small, especially the "bedroom," which is why we shared the sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen, however, is fully functional, with a large refrigerator and several iceboxes, and there's also a dining table in the room.

The apartment turned out to be quite tiny, with barely enough room to store a few clothes. The furnishings are also very minimalist, with poor-quality dishes and cutlery. The only thing that's great is the view from the terrace. The residential complex with a park where the apartment is located is very isolated. There are no cafés or shops anywhere nearby. You need a car for everything. Regarding the "welcome kit": Why only cleaning products and not, for example, coffee, salt, and pepper?

I would never rent this apartment again. 90 steps to go down and up plus a 10% slope. We were very disappointed, taking down the luggage and shopping etc. We had our bikes, no parking, we had to go to STE Maxime to park them and pay for parking every day (budget extra) which was not noted on the site. We called straight away but we couldn't change, the people who came didn't want to, what I understand.

the apartment is well equipped, clean and well laid out, not overlooked and very beautiful view (sea and garden). When the neighboring apartments are all occupied there must be a little privacy, you can hear the neighbors when they and we are on the terrace. Finding the apartment on arrival is not easy (plan given not explicit enough) and access to the apartment is via stairs.
