We had a great stay in this apartment. The residence is very well located: sea view, place to swim a few meters away (but which is not a beach but possibility to put down your towel). There are beaches 15 minutes away on foot and the city center is not even 5 minutes away. Although the apartment overlooks a departmental road, we were not bothered by the noise at all.

Nice rental but .... A little tight for 6 people but we were 4, that's fine! Please have practically all the doors of the apartment planed, especially the one at the main entrance....As there is no air conditioning, you have to sleep with the windows open...but be careful, the building is is at the exit of the city and therefore, cars and motorbikes put the gas at the exit and you can hear it!!!!!
