The perfect accommodation for our 11-day family holiday. Spacious and modern, quietly located and a 20-minute walk from the town centre of St Maxime. Unfortunately there were a lot of mosquitoes, which was certainly not the fault of the house.

Assets: Close to bakery, butcher, fishmonger,... -15 min walk to St Maxime -Large covered terrace, perfect to sit outside even when the weather is bad -Very well equipped kitchen with sufficient crockery -Washing machine (useful for longer stays) -Nice swimming pool / Points for improvement: The apartment was not tidy on arrival (dirty floor) - Garden is disappointing, not pleasant to stay in (mainly consists of weeds - this was much better maintained at the neighbors) / Tips: some sun loungers by the pool + warmer water
