The description of practicality is still an exaggeration. The whole facility is already very outdated and the beds are a disaster: Totally worn out and the covers are stained. Internet is also not available, only at the reception. Our previous tenant put dirty dishes in the dishwasher and didn't let it run. The dishes were full of mold and that's what the house smelled like. Our pool that belonged to the house was more of a pond, totally green.

After we were not the first time in the holiday complex, we had to realize that the whole complex was clearly getting old. When we arrived there was quite a bit of equipment missing (no bins, no coffee spoons, just a cooking pot,...) and there were some taps that obviously didn't shut off properly. It was clean, the furnishings are simple and the facility is ok as a starting point for exploring Provence. WLAN reception was poor, max. 3 devices.

VERY VERY PRETTY VILLA INTERIORLY. BUT OUTSIDE VERY VERY BAD. TOO DEV PEOPLE WHO LIVE AL YEAR AND FEEL GOOD AT HOME. NOT THE IMPRESSION OF BEING IN A HOLIDAY RESIDENCE.

We have stayed at this property several times since 2006, this year being the fifth time. The new coat of paint on the inside made a positive impression, otherwise everything is the same (furniture, etc.). The facility is fine, especially the washing machine and dishwasher are very practical. There are deductions for the private pool, which turned green very quickly and unfortunately didn't make a clean impression overall. When I asked the management, someone came by and at least the green cast was gone.

When handing over, neither the exit code nor the Wifi code was communicated. There was still smelly fish in the freezer from a previous guest. It is not a pure holiday complex in the traditional sense, but rather a short/long-term residential complex. Lawn mowing at 7.30 am, pool at the house without a ladder, etc. On Sunday afternoon, with the corresponding noise, excavators stored there are loaded onto transporters by contractors living in the complex.
