* The two bedrooms on the first floor share a bathroom.
* The sixth bedroom is located in the annexe on a mezzanine level and semi-open to the space below, so privacy is limited. 
* The swimming pool isn't fenced. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times.
