1 bedroom must be at least 9 m2. So I consider that the bed is in a large closet!! We are 2 steps from Boulouris sur mer. Might as well rent in Boulouris or Agay to have more m2 and pay less. As long as you find pickles to pay .......

Apartment convenient to services: Railway station, supermarket and beach are nearby. Incorrect price-quality ratio. No private car park. Very small bedroom, distance between the 4 walls and the bed of about 10cm and there is no lighting. In 4 people there is not enough space for clothes in the one wardrobe. On the balcony there is a table for 4 people. Noise from the road due to the traffic of cars and vans. Occasional presence of mouse droppings on the balcony.
