Very functional apartment well located outside the heavy traffic of St Raphaël. The closed garage is a plus. The beaches are not easily accessible. all shops nearby

A wonderful stay, the sea in front of the apartment. Sit on the terrace morning or evening and see the boats and the beauty of the panorama.

Perfect quiet apartment in a great location to explore the area. Secure parking with enough space in an underground car park. The apartment was clean, is new and very functional and equipped with enough storage space and plenty of kitchen equipment. There are very nice views from the balcony especially in the evenings when the convention center is nicely lit! Swimming pool was still open even at the beginning of November. We were very satisfied and definitely recommend this apartment!

very disappointed not to have access to the swimming pool which was right in front of our terrace ... unfortunately for us, we could not take advantage of it ... we would have preferred to pay the rental a little more and have the pleasure of the swimming pool in the morning or in the evening after the beach at the sea ... just watch the people who were entitled to it ... it's frustrating +++ in addition to a very bad sleeping arrangements (very uncomfortable sofa bed mattress)

Everything was perfect, the only downside, access to the pool. The owner should join ... even if it means increasing the rental price.

Apartment with beautiful sea view, comfortable, well equipped and with quality finishes. Only black point, impossibility of having access to the swimming pool which is just at the foot of the residence.

The apartment is newly renovated and well equipped, especially the kitchen. Great view of the sea/harbour. The entire facility is secured and video-monitored, there is also an underground car park, but it was not easy to find. The apartment was a bit out of the way, especially the way to the sandy beach was a bit far. There are many restaurants in the area, it is about a 15-20 minute walk to the town and to the beach as well. Otherwise great and recommendable!
