The apartment is well equipped, nice modern lighting and small furniture. Everything you need on holiday was there. The house is right by the sea. Nice pool with terrace on the top floor is OK, we were there on New Year's Eve, unfortunately it was a bit too cold for swimming. The kitchen is well equipped: fridge with freezer, microwave, small oven, two hotplates, dishwasher and washing machine. There is all the crockery for 6 people.

Rental consistent with the descriptions and very clean. The proximity of traffic lanes and Nice airport can cause some noise pollution on certain days (noise of aircraft taking off depending on the direction of the wind) but overall it is very acceptable. A bigger fridge would be a plus. Small oddity, you have to run 6l of cold water at the tap if it has not been used for a long time to have cold water otherwise it is very hot day and night
