The positives of this place are the proximity to the beach and the private parking lot with locked gates. It is the apartment itself that leaves something to be desired. The equipment provided is minimal and of poor quality. The kitchen and bathroom need to be renovated and the whole apartment needs to be refreshed and redecorated. The parking spaces were very narrow and the access between the front and the back very narrow.
