Le Village Apartment 7

A very dilapidated accommodation, a non-functional 1970s kitchen, uncomfortable bedding, an uncomfortable sofa, a bench and two chairs in the dining room, a single fan for two bedrooms and a living room, bathroom pipes with sewer smells, we needed 4 bottles of drain cleaner to unblock a sink and the shower tray! The icing on the cake is that the co-ownership allows work in the summer, it's nice to travel hundreds of kilometers to hear work for 21 days

The apartment is well-located in a gated community. The apartment is in average condition, with old furniture and beds in very poor condition. The kitchen is 30 years old. The location and price are definitely the selling points. The apartment has great potential after renovation.
