The location with the balcony is great, but the apartment is quite old. A lot of things are broken (lamps, dishes), so it's not really cozy. The highlight is the room in the attic, but here too the furniture is from 30 years ago.

The location of the accommodation is generally good. Right by the marina and the beach with restaurants directly below the accommodation. However, this also means that it is very noisy, especially as there is a road at the back that is always busy. The accommodation has no air conditioning and the windows have to be open - so there is double sound! The accommodation is very shabby and should have been renovated many years ago. It hasn't been cleaned in a long time.

Apartment well located, comfortable, well equipped. Fortunately there is a garage because it is impossible to park (paid parking) but it is a bit far from the apartment.
