Unfortunately, the comfort is a little lacking. More like French 70s standards, very small shower, no air conditioning and no privacy on the balcony. Only the location compensates for this.

For 2 people without special requirements, everything (except hair dryer) is of sufficient quality. Location so close to the beach and also a car park is a particular advantage.
