The apartment is a little "old" but clean, functional and very well located. This is our 3rd stay in this apartment, but this year the anarchy when it comes to using the parking space (allocated to the apartment) poses a real problem, after using your vehicle, you are not sure of being able to get your space back, this really penalizes your stay.
