The house is really beautiful, in good condition and has everything you need. The garden is very well maintained. Actually, the house should get a grade 1 if it weren't for the terrible beds. It is an impertinence to sleep in the beds. My husband and I took turns sleeping on the couch. We knew in advance that there were no cushions on the chairs and brought our cushions from home. Which is absolutely not possible and in mine eyes is an impertinence is the fact that the landlady/manager does NOT speak a word of German or English. That must not be! I assumed that the house handover would take place in English or German. So I didn't have any vocabulary ready and my school French isn't good enough for such complex conversations. Accordingly, the handover was a disaster. Towels and bed linen were missing although ordered. Unfortunately, the satellite dish was defective and could not be repaired during our 2-week stay. Very annoying! The utility bill was incomprehensible to me and emotionally very high. I couldn't ask because of the language barrier.
