A considerably older but thoroughly well-maintained house. It enjoys a quiet location despite its proximity to the center of St. Aygulf. The market (Tuesday and Friday) is practically around the corner, as are two bistros, a bakery, and a few small shops. The terrace and balcony face southwest, overlooking the green surroundings, with no other property opposite. A 10-minute walk to the small harbor of St. Aygulf with a few beach bars and the beach. About 10 minutes by car to Fréjus Plage, or west to Les Issambres, from where the ferry departs to St. Tropez.
