an apartment with everything you need and very well placed there is just the cleanliness of the sofa and the pillows which needs to be reviewed

Beautiful apartment well located between the sea and the city center Too bad the private parking space is not in the same residence which is around 600 m Inconvenience to unload the car when there are no parking spaces in the street of the residence

Decent apartment but overlooking a busy street. Lower quality bedding (spring mattress!)

The apartment is very good. On the other hand, the garage offered is not nearby (about 300 meters with luggage, so I gave up). The balcony is dirty with bird droppings, but we didn't use it...

Laminate creaks, wallpaper is peeling off the wall, appears to be renovated very hastily, uneven kitchen utensils (4 plates but cutlery for 30, 12 champagne glasses but only 5 normal glasses, no cups, no vessel to store tea (carafe)), garage throughout other building - very unfavorable! Great location, 50 m to the market, 100 m to the sea, board games (Monopoly, Mikado, etc.) on site - was good. Not suitable for children or families with children, as there is no real place to sleep.

if the owner will take out he 2 old cupboards , the apartment shell look nicer
