Unfortunately, the pool is a 7-minute walk from the house, instead of being right by the house, as the photos suggest. There are no sunbeds available, neither at the house nor at the pool. The house was not very clean, with lots of grease stains in the kitchen and limescale and rust in the bathrooms. There isn't enough seating in the living room for 8 people. The garden lights kept going out after 20 minutes, and this wasn't resolved when we reported it. The lights in the bedrooms wouldn't turn on because the cords were too short.

Large, pleasant house, well-equipped with WiFi and television equipment unavailable during the week although the agency provided us with parallel equipment. Cleaning needs to be done in some areas, particularly around the sofa.

We used the house for a mix of home office and vacation. It's great, big enough and very well equipped. The pool and the rest of the complex are very pleasant and quiet. By car you can reach the beach in 10 minutes and the larger supermarkets in Frejus in 15 minutes. We would rent this house again at any time
