Good value for money, small beach and cycle path nearby (5/7 minutes from the center of St Aygulf), but some drawbacks, residence not secure, without enclosure, terrace gate lock does not close (lock blocked) door lock two locks out of three on the apartment door do not close from the outside (locks blocked), TV socket not fixed correctly, neighborhood a bit noisy. (road) and especially the garbage truck that empties the containers in the car park around midnight...
