Set in a gated community just a twenty-minute drive from St Tropez and five minutes from Ramatuelle town, this luxury villa is a must for its incredible views and contemporary architecture. Along with the Mediterranean gardens, 17th-century pool house, heated saltwater pools and panoramic terrace, you'll enjoy private access to the beach. There's also a private helipad and separate quarters for optional live-in staff. Inside, the interiors feel cosy and homely, with two main bedrooms featuring jacuzzi baths and walk-in dressing rooms. You’ll also find a sauna, gym, and two offices. Both enjoy sweeping sea views – so you might be tempted to set your out-of-office.

*There’s free parking for up to five cars here, as well as a private helipad.
*The swimming pools are only available for use between June and September. They aren't fenced, so if you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times.
*A live-in maid is available upon request.
*The villa features seven bedrooms and seven bathrooms, plus separate staff quarters with two additional bedrooms and bathrooms. You'll have access to the entire property, except for one storage area.
*Bed linen is changed twice a week.
*While not all bedrooms and bathrooms are photographed, expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home.
