Positive points: beach a kilometer away on foot, a dedicated parking space in a closed parking lot, amenities nearby (pharmacy, supermarket) swimming pool in the residence. Negative points: the used blinds have been replaced by curtains, so light from dawn, the street being very very busy, the apartment is very noisy, even at night (and even more so without blinds), the kitchen equipment is insufficient. The wifi is only good for reading emails
