La Maison du Midi

A beautiful, well-equipped modern house with a swimming pool in a Mediterranean garden. Beaches accessible in 15 minutes. A few drawbacks: no air conditioning, in good weather the temperature rises easily and falls slowly at night, the swimming pool is shaded and often cool, mosquitoes reign from 3 p.m.

There are positive and negative aspects to this house: Positive: Clean, large pool Great view of the sea Large house and property Negative: Much of the house is old and in need of renovation: e.g. doors don't close, old furniture... The smell from the ground floor is unbearable (children's bedroom, bathroom): sewage smell It's too expensive for that! ... Bad WiFi: only in the living room, 4mbit/s Not for families with children under 5 years.

Very nice house, beautiful swimming pool and beautiful land not overlooked. But disappointed because in the house, everything is aging: broken outdoor table, deckchair in poor condition (we didn't use it because we were afraid of falling through), the 2 double beds squeak at the slightest movement, the toilet is badly fixed and moves at every time we sit down, humidity and black mold in the cupboards of the dishes, etc. Too bad because it could be really top.
