Great pool and garden. Very nice terraces and winter garden. Good living room and kitchen. Quiet location in a cul-de-sac. Only rating not very good because the oven didn't work, the TV also stopped working after the first day and one of the two pool loungers was broken.

Facilities sufficient for two people. Beautiful saltwater pool, which we enjoyed. Very well-kept garden. Ideal starting point for exploring the Côte d'Azur. Very clean apartment. We felt very comfortable. Safe environment with lockable parking.

This rental is not suitable for three adults. Bunk beds not comfortable. Heavily stained pillows. No microwave, no coffee maker just an espresso, no dishwasher. Not specified in the description: wc is in the bathroom which is very narrow. Defective towel rack. The veranda must be included in the 100m2 because the house is small. On the other hand the +: quiet area, beautiful view, swimming pool and good reception.

Pros: - well-maintained house, the photos don't lie - quiet location - beautiful garden with a view of the rock of Roquebrune sur Argens - beautiful swimming pool that is regularly maintained by caretaker - good base to explore the region (coast / mountains) Contra : - no microwave available - no bbq on gas or electric grill available - only 1 lounger on the terrace, other was broken. Actually 3 sunbeds too few for 4 people - spring mattress needs to be replaced
