Cap Négre : Domaine de la Pinède Apartment 9

The location of the complex is fantastic - right on the beach above the sea. However, the complex is quite old. The apartment is very small - definitely not suitable for six people and very built up. There are no real storage options and everything is very cramped. The room with the double bed is tiny and actually not really usable for children. The table is too high even for small adults and sitting outside is very cramped and in our case without light.

We really liked the holiday accommodation. It is in a great location on Cap Negre, you can reach the beach on foot. It is wonderfully quiet and well equipped.

Very beautiful surroundings, the domain was also very nicely maintained with flowers, shrubs and trees.

The apartment was dirty. Dirty toilet, dirty matress cover (and extra matress covers left were too small) and pillows, very grimy bathroom, dirty crockery and cutlery. It did not look as if it had ever been professionally cleaned. And there were ants everywhere in the living area and kitchen, they even got into the fridge. The pool was nice though.
