Very well-equipped apartment, air conditioning, and kitchen utensils, great central location. Just the mattresses in the room with 2 single beds are not the best, but otherwise everything is perfect and as advertised, we will come back with pleasure!

Decent apartment, spacious enough and well-maintained. Good location, very quiet garden side. To unload or load the car with luggage, it's not easy to find a space nearby. And for parking, there are still "free" spaces further up the street...

We've been coming here for years and always love the apartment. The size of the rooms and the balconies are simply excellent, not to say very good. Yes, the toilet is a bit small, but we don't need a separate room for our business. The location to town, the butcher, fishmonger, bakery, and the beach is very good. The apartment doesn't have a parking space, meaning we have to park on the street. It's not a problem for us. The on-site agency is very helpful, extremely friendly, and accommodating.

Beautiful and spacious apartment in a central location. Far away from the usual tourist residential areas (Borms les Mimosas). Some people here complain about the small toilet - but it does its job - and it is big enough for that. We are/were very satisfied and will come back. We are repeat offenders and have already booked until 2026 ;)

A very nice, typically French apartment. With two balconies. One by the kitchen faces the street and the other by the living room faces the garden. The kitchen side is busy, the garden side only faces greenery and silence. Within minutes you can reach the bakery, butcher, fishmonger and the beach. The nearest brasserie is 50m away. The pictures are all accurate. Some people have complained about the toilet, but we think it is big enough for business.

Too bad, that on arrival the equipment for the balcony and terrace was missing. We are given the key to the cellar, telling us to look for a taker without further information. After the dishwasher broke down, what can happen, the repairman could not do anything before our departure. But the agency did not offer us 1 drop. And to finish by giving the keys just goodbye. It was a bit short. It was leaving as soon as possible and we don't care.

A very nice apartment apart from:- * The toilet is in a room no bigger than a cupboard. At 6 foot Tall I struggled and found it very uncomfortable. * View from balcony disappointing, it overlooked unkempt gardens and a car park and demotivated us to self cater.

Apartment very well located and well equipped. On the other hand, the state of cleanliness (especially the floors) was not at all satisfactory. Dog hair on the floor and in the beds, broken glasses, used tissues, papers and packaging on the floors in the bedrooms. In addition, the apartment does not have a vacuum cleaner or a mop.

Rental in the center of Lavandou, well equipped and surrounded by greenery. Too bad paid internet.

Apartment well located, with 2 balconies 1 on the street and 1 overlooking 1 beautiful nature, it's more like being in the middle of a quiet city. Close to bakery, butcher, greengrocers and department stores.

It is a beautiful apartment in the center of Le Lavandou. There is really nothing missing and is fully equipped. Such as dishwasher and washing machine. We really liked it and will definitely rent it again if possible.

Central location, therefore very noisy. Bad mattresses. Good kitchen facilities, modern decor. tight bathroom Uncomfortable stools, no chairs. Plenty of room for two, clean.
