La Sacherie de l'Autourière

We had a great vacation in this place of total change of scenery. An authentic and charming house offering superb views of the surrounding area including Grimaud, the village just opposite. The house is very practical because it has everything we needed (kitchen, bedding and bathroom towels). The swimming pool is magnificent, a real must! Not to mention that the owner is available, welcoming and friendly! I recommend!

Great grounds, great views, super swimming pool and a nice, easy-going landlord. The house is well equipped, but not suitable for everyone. It is quite cluttered and decorated with hodgepodges from the last 30 years. The beds on the upper floor are a bit short for tall people, the double bed on the ground floor is outside the bed with a fantastic view. Access is via a 2.4km challenging country road. You are rewarded with absolute peace and quiet in a secluded location. We would come again.

- poorly maintained house: - broken barriers at the edge of the swimming pool, danger - pots, pipes, a ladder lying around in the ground - no microwave - precarious comfort: no shutters, no possibility of sleeping in the dark - very very difficult to access and dangerous path: about ten minutes by small narrow and winding pebble path to get to the rental - someone comes to clean the swimming pool but you are not warned in advance, and it is never the same day/time

The house is in very good condition, everything is available what your heart desires. Pool is great, cleaned twice a week. Completely unproblematic house delivery and acceptance. 2.2 km way to the house quite difficult, therefore total peace and relaxation in paradise! Environment quite dry, not as green as the pictures show. We would go back at any time and would be happy to recommend this house to others!
