Simple, older furnishings, adequate, clean, tidy. Good and large kitchen with new appliances (fridge/freezer, oven, stove, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle...). Relatively new TV, WiFi. Beautiful balcony with awning, with wonderful view over the town and vineyards. Path through fields/forest to the great beach (the most beautiful in the region!) directly behind the house, about 15 minutes on foot, shopping/restaurants within walking distance, otherwise in neighboring La Cavalaire, about 10 minutes by car

The location of Villa Marenco is very good with a quiet location. View of the vineyards. We had the upper apartment with a large terrace. The apartment is typically French furnished. The only thing to complain about is that the couch is getting old. We felt very comfortable would love to come back.
