This is the fourth time we've rented the house, but unfortunately, it seems there hasn't been any investment or renovation in recent years. The location, right on the beach, is very nice. However, there are rats on the property and neighboring properties, which run across the terrace during dinner, and the bathrooms and downstairs bedroom have significant mold growth. The house was already dirty when we took possession. So, unfortunately, it's significantly overpriced.

The agency people are disinterested and rude. The floor was not cleaned, not even swept. Only reaction: did you take pictures? "No, we cleaned" reaction: shrug. The house is very pretty, but the agency service is zero.

.... A little old: - Bedroom OK; - Kitchen well equipped, drawers dirty, water leak was quickly fixed; - Terrace, garden and beach access excellent. - The bathroom is no longer up to date, the shower didn't drain - this was also quickly fixed. Overall, a successful holiday!

Unfortunately, it smelled very musty in the house, especially in the downstairs room, which couldn't be eliminated even by prolonged airing. The house is offered for 6 people, in my opinion it is suitable for a maximum of 4 people. There are only two plastic loungers in the outdoor area, for which no cushions are offered.
