Overall the location is quiet and nice, easy access to all directions, for those who like travel around. But the sofa bed is something TERRIBLE, it is the medieval torturing device from the inquisition times. It is not the really big investment to purchase new frame for new mattress from Ikea for ex. Also the constant smell of mold whenever you keep the window opened 24/7.
