You have everything you need ... do not have to carry anything extra ... The only thing that is actually a must in those temperatures is an air conditioning ... but we had a great stay ♥️

Booked (for the fourth time) for the Roc d'Azur race. Perfectly located apartment for such a race, close to the necessary services and the beautiful tourist center of Port Frejus and the beaches. Quiet location. The only drawback is the lack of a parking space (the garage cannot be used due to its very small size) Compared to the past, cleaning has improved ....

Well placed apartment. 2 pieces of good size. But poorly equipped with old furniture. Not even a corkscrew!!!! Very hot apartment in summer.

Quiet apartment, magnificent view, very spacious apartment, only downside the heat, lack of air conditioning despite the fans! A small microwave would be welcome.

Very well located, precious garage in the area, pleasant and well maintained residence, bedroom well separated from the living room and other beds. It's a pity that some equipment and installations are not very solid and poorly designed (curtain rod falling on the 1st evening, non-functional kitchen area, broken cupboard door, no protection against the sun on the terrace...). Uncomfortable mattresses. Suitable for short stay. Welcoming and attentive agency staff.

Very nice location for this apartment overlooking the Port, 2 steps from the beaches and shops. Superb potential but a bit dated apartment that would deserve a little home staging of a few euros to become a higher value property. Some suggestions: kitchen to open and equipped on both sides with storage (bar island type) and some storage under the stairs, the fan needs to be changed and a second one would not be too much (especially under the attic), blackout curtains would be ideal in the ground floor (bedroom and living room), an awning on the terrace is essential (particularly because of the existence of this superbly exposed terrace on the Moors), bathroom to be modified (particularly the tablet where there is water infiltration). Nevertheless, the apartment remains very good and meets expectations.

Everything was alright. However, the balcony cannot be used because of heavy pigeon droppings. Unfortunately, there is only a 2-seater sofa, although the apartment can be booked for 5 people.
