The apartment has everything you need and is very centrally located, making it convenient. However, it's on the third floor without an elevator, so keep that in mind if you have luggage. The building and everything else, except for the bathroom, are a bit dated, but clean. Unfortunately, the garage isn't in the same complex but a few minutes' walk away, so using it is no problem with a smaller car. It's a single garage, making it ideal. An Intermarché is right around the corner.

Clean and well-located apartment with sea view. Too bad the wifi was not included in the price.

Old apartment, poorly insulated, noisy. Comfort of the sofa bed in the living room mediocre (old sofa bed). Garage rented with the apartment, unfortunately closed the last 2 days due to work (we were not notified) Very good location: opposite the sea, close to shops

A simply furnished apartment, with a well-equipped kitchen, Nespresso coffee machine and washing machine. The view of the sea and St. Raphael is great. The apartment is well located. Shops, a bakery and the beach as well as several restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. We will be back!

Ideal location! The apartment is 50 m from the beach. A little extra this year: airco in the living room and bedroom (necessary, however, given the temperatures in July). 4th successive year of rental! Only downside... 3rd floor without elevator... but we keep in shape! :-)

Next to the sand beach, good apartment.

This year for the second time in this apartment. The apartment has a modern bathroom, but the rest is a bit dated. However, it is clean and spacious with a nice view from the balcony over the boulevard and Saint-Raphaël. The disadvantage of this apartment may be that it does not have an elevator. It is 6 flights of stairs with a total of 48 steps, so nothing if you have difficulty walking. The garage that can be had is unfortunately much too narrow for a normal middle class car.

Clean beautiful accommodation, direct beach location. In the evening by the many tourists, very noisy on the street.

Stay from May 26 to June 16, 2018. Nice apartment with nice bathroom and beautiful view. Kitchen dated, but adequate. Disadvantage: there is no elevator, but if you have good mobility, you get used to climbing the stairs (50 steps) quickly. The available garage is only suitable for small cars, because it is too narrow for an average middle class car. We were bothered by the noise from a renovation in an apartment next to us, but that is of course temporary.
