House is on the 3rd floor, right on the beach, separated only by the boulevard. There is air conditioning, but it may only be used by the owner. And this despite the price for this house. Cleaning was done months ago. Reception and info in Interhome office was amateurish. Only French commentary. You want wifi and parking ? Pay and sign document. Bonjour. You will receive a brochure of the house, drawn up in French language and Google English.

Noisy poorly insulated no possibility of putting the air conditioning coffee maker to change + 20 minutes to have 1 coffee
