Apartment by the beach. The location is excellent due to the proximity of the shop and restaurant. Large terrace. Beautiful view of the sea. Very comfortable mattress. All electrical appliances in the kitchen work. Pots, pans, plates, wine glasses, cups, cutlery available. For cleaning, a vacuum cleaner and a mop. Garage space 2.2 m wide. Elevator available.

This is probably the last time we'll be on the Cote d'Azur and it's always been wonderful. It's a shame that the apartment is so neglected. The fridge was completely covered in ice. Does that really have to happen? Having breakfast in the sun in the morning is something special and the view is priceless, for us.

Building well maintained by the caretaker. Proximity to shops. Interhome agency nearby.

yes, we had a great holiday, the sea in front of us, breakfast on the balcony every morning. We know the apartment, we've been there four times now. This time the kitchen area was not clean. We only cleaned what we used. Still starting to clean after a long drive, not good. The refrigerator could at least have a 3* cooling compartment to at least cool an ice cream or other supply. But great weather and great view. The new shower great.

Great view, warm welcome. On the other hand, the household is said to be very careful LOL: table and chairs + railing outside "disgusting". VMC not cleaned. No shower mat (magnificent bathroom with walk-in shower so you walk in the water on leaving) or dish towel. As others have pointed out, there is indeed a chest of drawers missing with children. On the other hand, for this price, sleeping in a modest sofa bed in a 130 bed!!!!! And a fan would be missing.

A small studio with all and a superb view of the sea. Evenings on the balcony watching the boats. I was very satisfied with the trip. I recommend this vacation rental to anyone who loves the sea.

It would be necessary to add in particular something to hang the towels in the bathroom (the studio is for 4 and the bathroom only has a very small towel dryer), and something to store things in the main room (there is plenty space to add at least one chest of drawers). A modern touch would be welcome, following on from what has been done for the bathroom

The apartment had a washing machine but it was not working. We went to the agency to report it but no one came. The so-called Covid cleaning was not done because the toilets were dirty. An unpleasant lingering smell in the toilet.

We were in the app for the third time. As for the view, just wonderful. Had breakfast in the sun on the balcony for four weeks - just great. Furnished simply and appropriately. It wasn't so clean this time. The mattress topper was so dingy that we exchanged it at the agency without any problems. If you kill flies/insects on the wall, do you have to leave the remains there as well? You can easily wipe everything off with a damp cloth. Who is responsible for this?

Everything was perfect and the only problem was that there was no fan, because the nights were too hot

rental very well located facing the beach and next to the shops small flat it lacks a mini oven and a fridge a little bigger

I would say discreet apartment ..... small as a whole .... excellent view comfortable .... only note ..... put a vacuum cleaner in the bathroom ..... you need
