Le Capitole Apartment 2

Apartment very well located near the beach and Port Fréjus (and the agency) We appreciated the 2 terraces. One faces south and overlooks the beach of Fréjus. The other faces west and overlooks the Port.

This was our third visit to this apartment, and to our surprise, it had a brand new bathroom with a walk-in shower—really clean. However, after five days, the owner visited us. The bathroom was leaking, which was affecting the restaurant on the ground floor. Our neighbors on the second floor also complained about the leak. Because of this, we couldn't take a full shower and had to limit ourselves to a quick soap and rinse. (Solution?)

The apartment was perfectly suited for two people. The parking space within the complex was a bit tight. Unfortunately, we couldn't make full use of the apartment's two balconies. Due to road construction, there was a constant, unbearable amount of noise. Unfortunately, that only changed on our last day of vacation.

Very well located, functional, impeccable residence, too bad that the cleaning on our arrival was not better done. Too much dog hair and too many traces of limescale on the bathroom tiles. Bed mattress too soft

No oven except microwave, no tea towels, no terrace lighting, no shower mat, a shower screen would be more appropriate than a curtain, a capsule coffee maker would be much more practical… A spare key would be practical. But the view of the port and the sea is sublime…

Small downside there were dog hairs in the apartment

The apartment has two beautiful balconies with wonderful views. The equipment and the cleanliness are unfortunately not optimal.

Pleasant rental. Negative point: the apartment was not cleaned (animal hair everywhere in all the rooms), and dirty laundry left in a ball (drawsheets) in the living room cupboard. This problem has already been reported to the agency by me over the phone. It is not pleasant and not pleasant. I think the cleaning service had not passed after the previous tenants. Which is not normal especially in a period where everything must be disinfected.

Excellent stay, perfect accommodation, breathtaking 180 degree view of the sea! Very good condition of the apartment and the residence. Very clean and perfectly equipped in very good condition.

The location and the view are fantastic. Unfortunately, at the end of the season, the enthusiasm for cleaning no longer seems to be very great. Too bad. This mars the otherwise good impression.

beautiful apartment very well located facing the sea, the only problem is the parking lot it is a bit narrow to maneuver and not always possible to park there because there was sometimes a van parked in front of the reserved spaces

Very nice apartment, very well located. The view in the morning is sublime and we are lulled at night by the waves. Everything is nearby and good professionalism from interhome

The apartment is in a superb location, facing the sea, from which you can see both sunrise and sunset. All services are convenient, from the supermarket to the bakery to the pharmacy and restaurants. The interior space is perfect for 3 adults, 4 maybe you feel a bit uncomfortable if you stay over 1 week. Excellent 2 large balconies (one with awning) which offer great views and extra space. We will definitely be back.

The equipment is modest for the asking price. Especially when it comes to drinking glasses and cups. Only the location and the view made us want to rent this apartment again and again.

Well located and very convenient for the sea and restaurants!

Excellent apartment beautifully located in Port-Fréjus with a beautiful view of the harbor and the beach from one balcony and St-Raphaël from the other balcony. The location is really great, the apartment could use some modernization. There is little closet space and the mattress of the double bed is so soft that you roll towards each other. But the location makes up for a lot!

The apartment is right on Frejus Plage and the port. Parking in closed complex. Everything works perfectly, is clean and sufficient for 2 people. The bedroom is small but has a sea view. The view from both balconies is sensational. There is a super bakery about 5 minutes and a small shop behind the house. It was really great and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Gladly again.

Apartment very well located, view of the sea and the port. Lots of entertainment in the surroundings. Private place, pleasant to park and fairly complete apartment with air conditioning.
