Les Jardins del Mar Apartment 3 Cavalaire, Provence-Alps-French Riviera

1° Too many personal belongings of the owners in the apartment. 2° Very tired dishes. 3° Worn bathtub. 4° Impossible to use the parking lot (not wide enough for my vehicle 307).

A well placed apartment (beach and town center nearby), but a renovation would be welcome, and above all no cleaning follow-up by the Interhome agency in Cavalaire. Result: unacceptable cleanliness and hygiene conditions (all the more disturbing in this period of Covid...). And especially no solutions provided by the agency, nor compensation when we had to finalize the cleaning ourselves (the agency's response: "it will be faster if you do it yourself").

The apartment was very good, nice terrace with a view of the sea, but too many noisy vehicles passing by.

Vacuum cleaner is full of hair and dust. The washing machine was full of dirty and smelly water. Tenants don't do it at their house!!!!!

Apartment itself pleasant and well located but unfortunately noisy because of car traffic. In addition, the closed box in the basement is really badly placed. several maneuvers are necessary to get out of it as well as to enter it.

Pleasant rental, well located in Cavalaire, large terrace.

Rental with beautiful terrace, spacious living room, decent bedroom, well-equipped apartment, but the big problem is the noise rising from the road, trucks, vans, etc., accentuated by the speed bump just in front, from 7:30 a.m. until around 8:30 p.m. .

Comfortable apartment, well equipped, well located near the center and the beach. Tiny garage, difficult to access and without lighting.

cavalaire apartment well placed near the beach near the city center. Sea view from the terrace. The kitchen lacks proper pots and pans, otherwise the rest is fine. The bathroom would be good to redo, it is a bit dilapidated. Otherwise the rest is fine.

Rental as advertised. Very good location. Beautiful sea view. I recommend this apartment.
