Positive points: no vis-à-vis, quiet, spacious. A very pretty, well-maintained garden with a large swimming pool. In the kitchen, there is already enough to help you out for your arrival. Upstairs, 2 very pretty bedrooms with bathrooms. Negative points: The downstairs bathroom really needs to be renovated (broken tiles, cracks, ants, mold), the 3 toilets are very covered in limescale. When we arrived, the refrigerator was broken. We had bought groceries beforehand. Since the refrigerator could not be replaced, they went in the trash. The refrigerator was finally replaced on Wednesday evening, without any delay, according to the landlord. We just went shopping every day, since we couldn't keep anything. The toilets and bathtub drains also stank of feces. We were told that it was an old house.

A dream property for a perfect holiday, but unfortunately the house is unkempt, run down and overpriced for the price offered. The list of defects is endless: strong smell of feces in all bathrooms and on the upper floor, gas stove partially broken, electrical appliances with defective insulation, all pans broken, uninsulated socket at the head of the bed, cockroaches in the kitchen, ants in the bathroom; overall very dirty, etc. Unfortunately, there is no more to say here.

Nice house with good facilities in kitchen. Nice pool, enough parking space, spacious rooms and many bathrooms. Good mattresses. Beautiful garden with many nice places to sit. Handy with children because it is well insulated and spacious enough so that you can still make "noise". There is also a swimming pool with security for small children. Domain also completely closed. Pros: Very nice house with beautiful spaces. No neighbor nearby Impeccable cleanliness, swimming pool at the top. The downstairs bathroom needs to be renovated. Heartwarming welcome. Cons: Noise from the road and especially from the railway. No wifi for the whole week, 4G difficult to pick up. Deposit of garbage cans 2kms away (by car)

In the bathroom below was a colony of ants, which were driven out by existing means. In a bathroom upstairs only the hand shower worked well. From the other bathroom there was an unpleasant smell (sewerage). Overall the accommodation was nice though, especially the pool was good and checked twice a week.

The house is in a quiet location very nice in the orchards, great pool! You can let yourself go and don't necessarily have to pay attention to the volume.

If you have to pay that much money, should the shower work, should you have a dry place outside, should the WLAN work, should you be able to lock the doors, because you also want to go away sometimes. All hotplates should work and there should be at least small waste bins in the bathrooms. The pool: superb!

Only 2 metal sunbeds in poor condition, dirty dishes and toilets. But very nice park, nice property.
