*There's no lift here. You'll need to be able to climb stairs to reach the entrance of the home, although it's on the raised ground floor, so there aren't many steps.
*The third bedroom has two singles, which can be pushed together to make a double bed.
*If you're travelling for work, you'll find a desk in one of the bedrooms, and the dining table doubles up as a laptop-friendly workspace.
