The entire stay without hot water, without elevator, TV breakdown in the room, intercom breakdown with badge, stuck in the street, fortunately a lady from the 1st floor on her balcony came to open the door for us! This apartment really requires a good check up, everything is old, rickety and nothing works!!! at present it is not commendable! This is unacceptable, no respect for the tenants!

Arrived in the accommodation and it has not been cleaned. Dirty dishes dishes with still tomato sauce., plastic flowers on the bed ???. we took over all the cleaning by ourselves before the passage a cleaning team at our request. We should have known when we were handed over the keys and given a cleaning set as a welcome.
