The appartement is tiny and old-fashioned - nothing to complain so far, but it some items in the kitchen were not clean (cupboard and even some dishes) - you can´t imagine that someone lives in this appartement regularely as it doesn´t have any comfort.

Hello, no problem with the apartment. However, the welcome at Interhome Cannes is terrible. Very bad welcome. Very unpleasant people.
