Very good location close to beaches and restaurants. On all the 3 terraces the furniture was worn and not good. The sofa in the living room was very worn and was horrible to sit in. The kitchen was not very clean and the water tap was almost broken.

The location and size of the apartment was perfect for the four of us. Sadly, the apartment needs maintenance. The gas hob saucepan stand was broken meaning the pans were not stable , one gas ring didn’t work, there was no lighting on the spiral staircase, the a/c made a loud noise at night, one electrical socket is broken. The terrace sun blind was old and broken, we were offered a beach parasol in its place but it was ineffective. The terrace chairs have holes and need replacing.

Very good location. Close to beaches and restaurants. Good private parking in garage. Very good equipped kitchen. Bus stop nearby, 10 min. to Cannes center. We would like to come back another time.

Very nice, tastefully and high-quality furnished maisonette apartment on the 5th floor. The upper floor is a penthouse with two terraces and an additional fully equipped outdoor kitchen. Both sides have a sea view. The lower floor has a large balcony with a view of the boules court. There is absolutely nothing to complain about in terms of the kitchen equipment and furnishings. Beaches can be reached in under 5 minutes, the city center in 30 minutes on foot. A bus stops almost outside the front door.
