Excellent rental, I recommend. A little progress for the future of the roofs would be a plus, otherwise nothing to complain about. The street is noisy, but the window insulation is perfect. The terrace is usable at times when there is not too much traffic.

Nice and clean studio inside. The outside space is not usable, being on the ground floor there is always the bad smell of dog pee. TV not working, despite the report no one intervened. Convenient two steps from the beach.
