The apartment is new, recently built, complete with all accessories including microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and oven/toaster. Excellent cleaning. Excellent organization of the Interhome Agency of Cagnes-sur-Mer always ready to solve any problem. Defects: the apartment is very small, from the photos it seems larger, the sofa bed fits precisely between the table and furniture. The internet connection is not very fast
