Really very disappointed with this rental. On arrival, the reception was more than succinct, the accommodation is very poorly equipped: no toaster, iron and ironing board, no awning on the balcony or relax. The price / quality ratio is really very bad. On the other hand, we were disturbed 3 times by nocturnal disturbances until 11:30 p.m. by people installed on their balcony. The accommodation and the balcony are not clean. but on the other hand the cleaning itself was perfect.

Some kitchen utensils, such as a corkscrew, bottle opener and scissors should be brought along. Be sure to buy the "cleaning kit" for €4 at reception.

Plus: the rooms are big, clean and nice, the balcony is huge. Kitchen is fully equipped (ideal for families). View of the pool. Ample parking in the garage with quick and easy access to the room (35€/week). Very good location, beach and shops within walking distance. No final cleaning inspection required. Very strong air conditioning system, must take time for precise adjustment. Check-in and check-out completely uncomplicated. Minus: the drain from the washbasin was partially clogged Times.The table on the balcony impractical and too small for 4 people.Only French TV channels available
