Le Jardin du Loderi Apartment 2

Apartment in a recent condominium with a swimming pool, well located in the Pin district. The Pin district is pleasant, close to local shops and very quiet. The apartment lacks a storage unit/wardrobe in the bedroom so you can empty your suitcase and put your clothes down. The kitchen utensils need to be reviewed; I had to buy a frying pan because the ones present were unusable due to wear and tear and lack of cleanliness. A garage is available, which is nice but very narrow; be careful if you have a large vehicle....

Quiet accommodation, very well located, pretty residence. Functional and clean apartment.

Work nearby until the end of December 2024 and it's not easy to rest.

Very clean rental with elevator and underground garage. Close to beaches and shops. Very well maintained swimming pool, just missing deckchairs.

Lack of a dishwasher and too dark bathroom no window. Uncomfortable sofa. Decent accommodation. 2 TVs in the ad but only 1 once there in the living room.
