A wonderful apartment with very chic details, located in the quiet hinterland of the hectic city of Nice. Lovingly furnished with antique furniture, a beautiful fireplace, and high bookshelves. The surrounding area can be explored on foot; at the time we were there, it smelled of jasmine and rosemary, and the persimmon trees bore ripe fruit.

The surroundings are beautiful and the house is very peaceful. It's easily accessible, but don't be afraid of narrow roads and hairpin bends. The photos on the website don't accurately reflect the house. It's currently much more crowded, which is a problem. The house isn't very clean either. There's no proper garden or patio. There are chairs and a garden table in the shed, but they're too small to position properly.

Two bathrooms, too bad there was no shower

A wonderful stay for lovers of vintage, antique, and antique items, and for those seeking peace and quiet and enjoying narrow mountain roads. Those looking for easy access, modern comfort, and a 30-minute beach break would be better off choosing a different vacation spot.

It is with great pleasure that we found this holiday home. In fact, we have already been there 3 years ago. The place, the plunging view of the valley, the space offered by this rental and the comfort made us want to return. The friendliness of the owner is also to be underlined. We highly recommend this place to all lovers of nature and calm without being too far from Nice and the wonderful villages of the Nicois hinterland to visit...

The house, the furnishings and the location are really very nice. You feel very comfortable there and it is very attractive and comfortably furnished. Nothing is missing and the equipment is very good. A real drawback is the journey from Contes. It goes into the mountains, that was known, but the road is by no means suitable for large or long vehicles! In the last part of the route to the house there are 4 hairpin bends and you have to maneuver there. We didn't dare to do that in the evening. A pity!

The little house in the mountains above Nice is homely and cosy. It could use a little more care in maintenance, but the value for money is definitely maintained. If you don't need air conditioning, have no problem with serpentines and want a wonderful view over the foothills of the Southern Alps, this is the place for you. The landlord is nice and communicative and the neighborhood is super relaxed. Again any time!

We arrived with a car with 5 people (car is very advisable) and were received very friendly. The house consists of two separate apartments (downstairs kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom/toilet, upstairs two rooms bathroom/toilet). The rooms are comfortably furnished, many things are in principle antiques from the Arab world. The house is on the mountain slope with a great view. This also means very winding narrow roads up to the house.

The location of the accommodation was exceptional, but so was the way to the holiday home. A narrow road, many curves, fortunately we met very few cars. The journey was rewarded with a fascinating view. The house is like a small museum inside, it is lovingly and completely furnished. The landlord is very nice and helpful.

The landlord is a really great guy. We had a small car accident in Genoa and were therefore not mobile for 3 days. The landlord helped us in all situations and also acted as a taxi. He didn't even want to be paid for his services. Where else is there something like this?
