Mix one part classic French elegance with another part of Scandi-style cool, give it a gentle shake (or stir) then top it off with a dash of Riviera views. Et voilà. You’ve got one luxurious home tucked away on the Cap D’Antibes Peninsula to savour. Wander the landscaped gardens, dive into the infinity pool, play a game of Pétanque, and spend the afternoon lounging on the terrace. As appealing as the sunshine is, there’s plenty to tempt you inside too – the magnificent painted ceiling in the living room alone might be enough, but you’ll find plump sofas, a polished wood dining table and oversized ceramic vases to delight you. The pale wood and rattan-panelled wardrobes in the bedrooms bring an atmosphere of calm, and the terrazzo-tiled en-suite, with a bold blue wall and gilt-edged mirror, should make you smile as you unwind after your hectic day of, well, relaxing. And if the view alone isn’t enough to quench your (sea) thirst, you’ve only got a short walk until you’re on the beach.

*Bathroom 2 is a WC shared by bedrooms 2 and 3 – neither of the ensuites for these bedrooms have their own WC
*The three bedrooms in the main house have air conditioning
