Apartment in good condition, minimum dishes (no water carafe). Sink faucet in poor condition. Pleasant apartment with lovely view of the Esterel.

Quiet apartment but a bit old. (electrical socket not working in the kitchen, door clanches that do not hold well) The negative points are: only one key and no indoor parking. It's difficult to manage with a single key for an apartment of 4 people who do different activities. The indoor car park is more comfortable, especially when it's hot... No more chairs at the heated pool, you have to sit on the ground...
