The apartment is functional, well-equipped with a beautiful terrace. The air conditioning works well, the small shower room is well thought out and very pretty. The beds are good. The village "Cap Esterel" has everything you need for a good vacation (swimming pools, sports classes, entertainment, nice night shows, shops, small train for round trip to the beach, 2 beaches, regular bus stop, ...). So I recommend this accommodation in this condominium.

Apartment rented from August 9 to 16, 2025. Overall disappointing and not worth the price. Lots of steps to access the apartment and the pool. Average cleaning, air conditioning only in the living room, so the bedroom stays hot. Only positive point: the magnificent sea view. We will not rent this apartment again next year.
